Warranty work for other builders

Your van was built in another city and something needs attention here in Utah. We talk to your builder and do the warranty or repair work locally, billed to them.

Your builder is far away. We are not.

Plenty of vans in the Salt Lake area were built somewhere else. When something needs warranty attention, shipping or driving the van back across the country rarely makes sense. Tell us who built your van and what is going on, and we will reach out to your builder, agree on the fix and do the work here. Warranty work is billed to them, so you deal with one shop and the work still counts under their warranty.

If the van is out of warranty, we can do the same repairs directly for you. Either way, we like supporting the professional network of van builders around the country. Good builders stand behind their work, and a trusted shop in each region makes that possible.

How we do it

  1. Tell us about the van

Who built it, what is wrong and any photos or warranty paperwork.

  2. We call your builder

We agree on the diagnosis, the fix, parts and who pays before we start.

  3. Diagnose and repair

Same standard as our own builds, with photos and notes sent to the builder.

  4. Close the loop

The builder gets a report and invoice, and you get the van back.

Warranty work starts once your builder signs off on the repair and the billing.

Bring the paperwork

Build sheets, wiring diagrams and warranty terms make the diagnosis faster.

Questions about warranty work

Will working on my van void the builder's warranty?

Not when the builder approves the work first. That is why we talk to them before we start.

Which builders do you work with?

Any professional builder willing to coordinate. Tell us who built your van and we will reach out.

Who pays for the repair?

Covered warranty work is billed to your builder. Anything outside their warranty is billed to you, and we confirm which is which up front.

Can you bill my RV insurance?

Often, yes. We have done repairs that were covered by the owner's RV insurance and billed the insurance company directly.
