Custom camper van conversions
Start with an empty Sprinter or Transit and leave with a van built around how you travel: layout, electrical, climate, water, cabinetry and finish, designed and built by the same two engineers.
Full buildsVan windows and flares
Fixed, sliding and bunk windows plus Flarespace flares that let you sleep sideways in a Sprinter. Most installs take a day or two.

The shell of the build: 3M Thinsulate insulation, plywood subfloors finished in marine vinyl, and wall and ceiling panels in ACM, ply, Plyboo, wood or marine vinyl.

Roof racks with decking, side and rear ladders, running boards, rear-door carriers, bike racks and tire carriers. Sourced and installed, often on short notice before a trip.
Seating, beds and cabinetry
