These terms cover your use of altlifevans.com, which is run by Alt Life Vans, LLC. Paid work is covered by your written estimate and work agreement; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Website information is general
We write these pages to help you plan, but every van is different. Product specs, model names, availability and power figures change, and examples are estimates, not promises about your van. Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer. Prices, scope and timing are set only in a written estimate from us.
Workmanship warranty
We warranty our workmanship for one year. Parts are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, and we help you use them. The written warranty you receive with your work sets the full terms and controls.
We cannot warranty work we did not do, including DIY work or another builder's systems that we connect to or finish, beyond our own labor on that job. For warranty work on vans from other builders, that builder's warranty terms apply.
Your vehicle's factory warranty
Aftermarket work does not automatically void a vehicle warranty, but a manufacturer can deny claims it says were caused by aftermarket parts or installation. Check with your dealer about your specific warranty before work starts. We document what we change.
Brands and links
Product and company names on this site belong to their owners. Naming or linking to a brand means we install or work with its products, not that the brand sponsors or endorses us. We are not responsible for the content of other sites we link to.
Photos, illustrations and reviews
Photos of vans are our own work unless labeled otherwise. Images labeled "Illustration" are generated or stock images that show a type of job; they are not Alt Life Vans builds. Reviews are from real customers, mostly on Google. Some are shortened on this site; the full reviews are on our Google profile.

The text, photos, drawings and design of this site belong to Alt Life Vans, LLC. You are welcome to share links and to print pages for your own planning. Please ask before reusing our content elsewhere.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general website information instead of a written estimate or a conversation with us. This does not limit any rights you have under a work agreement or under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Utah law, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
