Privacy policy
Effective October 12, 2026
Alt Life Vans, LLC ("Alt Life Vans", "we") runs altlifevans.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we use your information to talk with you about your van and do the work, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Quote form. Your name, phone, email, vehicle, the service you want, budget range, timeline, how you found us, anything you write about the project, and the page you sent it from.
- Calls, texts and email. What you send us directly, including photos of your van.
- Customer records. If you hire us: your vehicle details (including VIN when needed), the work done, invoices and payment records. Card payments go through our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To reply to you, put together a quote and schedule your project.
- To do the work, keep records, handle warranty requests and meet tax and legal obligations.
- To follow up about your project. We call, text and email by hand. We do not send automated or bulk marketing texts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our business tools: Netlify (website and form hosting), Zoho (customer records and invoicing), and our email, phone and payment providers. They handle data on our behalf.
- Parts suppliers, manufacturers or another van builder when your job needs it, for example to order parts, file a manufacturer warranty claim, or coordinate warranty work with the company that built your van.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records with no set end date, so we have the history if you come back for another project, a warranty question or the next upgrade. If you want yours deleted, just ask (see below).
Your choices
- Ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will delete it unless we have to keep it for tax, warranty or legal reasons.
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP or just telling us.
Email brandon@altlifevans.com or call (801) 503-9992. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Other sites
We link to Google Maps, Instagram and the makers of the products we install. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Security and children
We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it, but no system is perfectly secure. This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
